Sealed Collection
Used linen is sealed in closed bags at the hotel bedside — no cross-contamination with corridors, laundry carts, or other surfaces. Each bag is RFID-logged at pickup.
Thermal Pre-Soak at 60°C
Linen enters a pre-soak cycle at 60°C with an enzyme-based detergent that breaks down organic matter, body oils, and surface biofilm before the main wash.
Industrial Wash at 88–92°C
The main cycle runs at 88–92°C — above the WHO's recommended 60°C thermal disinfection threshold. This kills dermatophytes, MRSA, Salmonella, and dust-mite allergens without chlorine bleach.
Ozone-Assisted Rinse
A low-concentration ozone rinse replaces the chlorine step used by conventional dhobis. Ozone eliminates residual pathogens and decomposes fully into oxygen — no chemical residue on the fabric.
pH-Balanced Finish
Final rinse is pH-adjusted to 6.5 — matching normal human skin. This prevents the skin irritation and allergic reactions caused by the alkaline residue left by commercial detergents.
Seal, Log & Deliver
Each washed set is vacuum-sealed, assigned a QR hygiene seal, and logged with timestamp, batch ID, wash temperature, and RFID piece count. Delivered within 48 hours.
